"I can only add a single item to my basket"
This is probably caused by having cookies turned off or set to too high a security setting.
Internet Explorer
In the case of using Internet Explorer it is resolved by resetting the security setting in Internet Options.
- Open the Control Panel from the Start Menu:
- Double click Internet Options:
- Select the Privacy tab and set the slider to Medium:
You should now be able to shop normally.
Firefox cookie settings
In Firefox on the Mac, open the Preferences (under the Firefox menu). In Windows open Tools:Options).
Ensure that 'Accept cookies from sites' is checked and that 'www.thestickerfactory.co.uk' is not listed in the 'Exceptions' list. It is not necessary to accept cookies from third party sites.
