Why can’t I see the artwork for my past customised orders on the website?
For technical reasons we won’t bore you with, we can’t keep the custom artwork for orders we have on our website. With over 15 years worth you can imagine we have rather a lot! We do keep it all on file in the office though, so if you’ve ordered custom items in the past it’s extremely likely we have your artwork on file if you’d like a repeat order.
How do I make a repeat order online for customised products I’ve ordered in the past?
Please customise your reward of choice as you usually would on the website, and if you wish you can leave us a little note in the comments box at the checkout just to let us know it’s a repeat order.
When will my custom stamp/s be dispatched?
Usually within 5-10 working days of receiving your order confirmation email, but please allow for our max. delivery time of 28 working days just in case, though they will usually arrive much quicker. Our custom stamps are made by a specialist manufacturer off site which is why they take a little longer to produce. If you have any special requirements or need it for a specific date, please let us know and we will do our best to help.
Why won’t the artwork I’m trying to upload for a ‘design your own’ sticker/ badge work?
Check that the image your uploading is either a GIF, JPG or PNG and is no larger than 2mb. If you’re still experiencing problems we apologise, please email the artwork to firstname.lastname@example.org instead of uploading directly to the website, quoting any relevant order number so we can match it to your order.
Can I see a proof of my custom/ design your own artwork before you print it?
Of course! Please just leave us a note in the comments box during the checkout process to let us know you’d like us to email you a proof before printing.
Confirmation email FAQs
When will I receive an order confirmation email?
We will send you an order confirmation email during our office hours (Monday-Friday 9am - 5pm).
I've entered my payment details but when I look at my order why is it still showing as 'payment pending'?
We release all card payments during working hours (Mon-Fri 9am - 5pm) so your order will show as 'payment pending' until we've processed the payment during working hours. When you submit your card information, this is kept by a secure third party site (PayPoint) until we can release your payment. Please just let us know if you have any questions regarding your payment.

I'm ordering on behalf of a school, can I place purcahase orders online?
You certainly can! Just make sure you're registered with your school email, invoice and delivery address. We've put together this handy info page with everything you need to know about placing your purchase orders online.
How do I use my voucher code?
Make sure you're logged into your account (if you're not, you wont be able to enter it). At the checkout enter your code and click 'apply'.
Would you like a biscuit with your tea?
